 | Tofu egg drop dog soupIngredients 3 cups chicken stock (see directions for preparation) 225 grams firm tofu, washed, cut into little cubes 1 scallion, chopped 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 1 tablespoon tamari sauce 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed in 2 tablespoons cold water 1 beaten eggIn a pot, put the chicken stock on to boil over medium heat. Add in the tofu and reduce the heat. Next, add in the chopped scallion, parsley, tamari sauce, and the cornstarch mixture. Bring the soup back to a boil and stir in the beaten egg.
