Ratatouille and sausage recipe for dogsRottweiler money carriers: Rottweilers as a breed originate from Rottweil Germany. They descended from dogs that were used in Roman times as cattle herders. Rottweil was a central European livestock market and the butchers were very wealthy and therefore targeted by highwaymen. One butcher got the brilliant idea of attaching his money pouch to his Rottweiler's collar. The thought of attacking a Rottweiler to get at the money was enough to thwart the devious plans of the thieves and ensure the safe transit of the butcher's profits.Ingredients ¼ cup olive oil 250 grams pork sausages, chopped ½ baby cabbage, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 small eggplant, cubed 2 medium zucchini, sliced 2 tomatoes, chopped ½ green bell pepper, chopped Bouquet garni: ½ tablespoon oregano ½ teaspoon dried basil ½ teaspoon marjoram 2 peppercorns tied in cheesecloth bag. Salt Ground black pepperPut 2 tablespoons of oil into a frying pan and begin cooking sausages. Add garlic and finish browning sausages. Pour in remaining oil and allow to heat.
