Crawling or dragging itself on it's behind usually means constipation or saturation in the anal glands, worms or an incipient abscess. Scratching and itching can also means it has worms, consult your veterinarian about this as well.

Shaking it's head can mean it has earwax or some strange object in it's ear, for example a pin or stick. Again, consult with your vet.

Limping is a sign of a fracture, leisure, dislocations or arthritis. Other causes: circulation problems, senility, etc.

Coughing and Sneezing are other reactions the dog has to foreign objects that enter the nasal cavity and carbon monoxide. It can also mean symptoms of the flu or tonsillitis. If there is fever there may be an infection, or distemper.

Bad breath is a cause of cavities, gingivitis, bad nutrition or gastritis; consult your veterinarian. Scratching or biting itself repeatedly means it has flees or a…. But you must consult your vet if it scratches itself in places where it is sore. Veterinarians as "Family Doctors"
