My cat was a semi-stray (neglected neighbor's cat) that I adopted about seven months ago. He was thin and lived almost exclusively outside; he had never been to the vet and he was about 2-3 years old.

I want to get a cat and have allergies. I have read Siberian cats are best for this. Does anyone have any information on Siberian cats? Are they good with kids? Where do I find a good breeder.

whenever my friend comes over to my house and pats/gets in contact with my cat my friend's eyes get puffy and pink-ish. Is she allergic or is it something else?
