<p>I have to decide whether or not to put my cat, Timon, to sleep.&nbsp; He is 14 but all he does is sleep all the time.&nbsp; The vet said that he is just aging.&nbsp; He seems stiff and has trouble getting in and out of the litter box.&nbsp; I need advice.&nbsp; Is it time?</p>

<p>Only you really know when it's time.&nbsp; Think about Timon's quality of life and his dignity.&nbsp; Would you want to live the way he is?&nbsp; Those are questions you can ask yourself when pondering this decision and it's a hard one to make, I know.</p>

I think that you should think about if he is in alot of pain and if it would be better for him to go. I'm really sorry in advance. I lost one of my cats but they just died naturally. :cry:

I'm looking for a cat named Timon. he's about 10 years old now. Gray tabby, huge and slick. We had him fo 10 years but had to give him up after moving from Virginia to Florida. We placed him along with another one up for adoption! :cry: PLEASE TELL ME IF YOU"VE SEEN HIM!!!!

Guest........this is an international board so it is not likely it will be of any help. Timon is a rather popular name for cats around that age......Have you contacted the shelter you placed him at?
